Every day, plenty of people in your area search Google for "dentist near me" or "dental clinic [town]", and the top map results get most of those clicks.
Below is what a clinic website needs for that patient to book, what it costs and how to work on local SEO one treatment at a time.
Instagram is for patients who already know you
Instagram is useful for staying in touch with patients who already know you. A new patient who needs a filling, orthodontics or an implant types into Google.
What Google shows them are clinics with websites that rank, good reviews and clear information about treatments and prices. If you don't have a website, or yours is slow and outdated, that patient calls someone else.
What a dental clinic website needs to turn visits into calls
Treatments with guide prices. For example: "Whitening from €X", "Implant from €X". Patients compare before calling. If you don't show prices, they may call whoever does.
Visible Google reviews. Reviews weigh heavily when choosing a dentist. Show them clearly, not hidden in the footer.
Appointment request form. Many patients prefer to ask for an appointment without calling, especially outside opening hours. A simple form collects those requests. If you want online appointments connected to your website and Google, with automatic WhatsApp reminders, that's the website with online bookings or appointments: from €700 one-off, depending on how many treatments, dentists and opening hours it needs. On a monthly plan, it comes with the All-in-one Pack.
Real photos of the clinic. The patient wants to know where they're going: waiting room, surgery and team, in photos taken at your clinic rather than from a stock library.
Local SEO set up properly. A complete Google Business Profile, dental clinic structured data, fast loading and a layout that works on mobile. There's more on working it treatment by treatment below.
Visible WhatsApp button. Many patients prefer WhatsApp to calling, and a button with the message already written makes it easy from a phone.

For most clinics I start with the one-off website from €349: treatments with prices, reviews, appointment form and WhatsApp. If you want online appointments with WhatsApp reminders so fewer appointments are forgotten, the website with online bookings or appointments is from €700 one-off. The price depends on how many treatments, dentists and opening hours it needs.
If you'd rather pay monthly, the Website + Google Pack from €59/month also manages your Google profile and replies to every review. The All-in-one Pack, from €99/month plus €99 setup, adds online appointments and reminders. Packs have a 12 months commitment (without commitment, +€10/month) and, once you complete it, the website and domain are yours. All prices exclude VAT and are on the pricing page. The website is ready in 7 days.
Example demo: Clínica Dental Sonríe
I've built a demo for a fictional dental clinic, Clínica Dental Sonríe, so you can see how a clinic website works. It's an example, not a real client. The demo includes:
- Treatment list with guide prices
- Team and clinic presentation
- Featured reviews and location map
- Appointment request form and WhatsApp button
- Patient area to book and check appointments, plus an internal clinic panel with an appointment calendar (online appointments come with the website with bookings or appointments, or with the All-in-one Pack)

Everything a dental clinic website includes is on the dental clinic website service page.
Local SEO for dental clinics, treatment by treatment
Rank for specific treatments. "Invisible orthodontics Alicante", "dental implants Marbella", "teeth whitening Palma". Patients search for treatments rather than plain "dentist", so your website needs a page for each main treatment.
Answer your patients' common questions. "How long does orthodontic treatment take?", "Does an implant hurt?", "How many sessions does whitening take?" People search for these all the time. If the answer is on your site, people who had never heard of you find you.
Google profile with recent photos and reviews. In its help page on local ranking, Google lists three factors (relevance, distance and prominence) and says review count and rating count towards prominence. Ask every satisfied patient for a review and send the direct link by WhatsApp after the appointment. I set up your profile in every pack; if you want me to manage it every month and answer reviews, that's the Website + Google Pack.
One page per treatment. A home page listing every service doesn't rank for any specific one. A page on "orthodontics in [your town]" can rank for that exact search.
Signs your current website is letting you down
- You don't appear on Google Maps when you search "dentist" + your town
- Your website takes more than 3 seconds to load
- There's no contact form or WhatsApp button
- You don't show guide prices for your treatments
- Your website is more than 5 years old and doesn't work well on mobile
- You have no Google reviews, or you don't show them on your site
If 3 or more apply, those are the first things I would fix.
